Africa Young Leaders Connect (AYLC) is a legally registered Non-Governmental Organisation in Tanzania, working to empower young people by unlocking the challenges that prevent them from achieving and benefiting from their full potential.
Our story
AYLC has a reputable experience in implementing youth projects by supporting Governmental initiatives that address youth challenges in social and economic programs. We are proud and pleased to collaborate with our core partners and stakeholders in implementing short and long-term youth projects across Tanzania.
From leadership training and mentorship to entrepreneurship and civic engagement, we walk alongside young Tanzanians as they discover and develop their potential.

Lawrence Mwantimwa is a Tanzanian life coach, motivational speaker, media personality, author, and professional Master of Ceremonies (MC) passionate about empowering individuals and transforming communities. He serves as the Founder and CEO of Africa Young Leaders Connect.
