What we do
Tanzania produces hundreds of thousands of graduates each year, yet many remain unemployed or underemployed. AYLC's Employment and Skills Development program closes the gap between what schools teach and what employers actually need.
We run practical, hands-on trainings on workplace readiness, communication, problem-solving, CV writing, online profile building, interview preparation and the soft skills that determine whether a candidate is hired and retained.
We also partner with employers to host internship drives, recruitment days and skills-matching events that connect our graduates directly to opportunities.
