What we do
AYLC convenes some of Tanzania's most engaged youth conferences, leadership summits, workshops and seminars. These are not talking shops — they are working spaces where ideas are pressure-tested, partnerships are formed and concrete commitments are made.
Our flagship gatherings include the Young Leaders Summit, sector-specific roundtables, and themed workshops on faith and leadership, women in leadership, climate action and the future of work. Each convening is designed for maximum participation, with curated speakers, structured break-outs and clear follow-through.
We also offer event-design and facilitation services to partners who want to host high-impact youth events but need a trusted convening partner.
How we deliver it

We invest heavily in speaker scouting and prep so every keynote moves people to action.
