Networking & Youth Exchange Programs
Connecting young leaders across communities and borders.
What we do
No leader grows in isolation. AYLC's Networking & Youth Exchange Programs deliberately connect young Tanzanians with peers across regions, countries and sectors — building the relationships, perspectives and partnerships they need to lead at scale.
We run quarterly networking events, an alumni network spanning every region of Tanzania, and youth exchange visits with partner organizations across East Africa, the African continent and beyond. Participants experience new cultures, learn new approaches and return as ambassadors of cross-cultural understanding.
Through digital meetups, in-person convenings and structured exchange visits, we make sure every AYLC participant graduates with a network as valuable as their training.
